Founder of faire - Design Leadership, Elena began her career in Brazil as a Financial Controller at Accor Group before evolving into hotel concept design.
With over a decade of experience, including five years as Adagio’s Design Director, she shaped innovative brand design strategies, concept development and renovation planning of real estate assets. faire now delivers transformative, guest-centric designs that drive brand and asset value and maximise business performance.
Based on Elena’s double expertise, faire’s purpose is today to create a bridge between two disciplines that tend to be too often opposed - finance & design - by delivering transformative and guest-centric designs while maximising business performance and optimizing financial ressources.

Graduate from the Athenaeum Swiss Design Center in Lausanne, Emilie has been an interior designer for over 12 years. She has worked on projects such as Le Chabichou in Courchevel and the Palace de Menthon Saint Bernard. She also works with the retail and restaurant sectors.

Arnaud trained as a geotechnical engineer, he quickly switched to the Works Design Department and oversaw large-scale works at the Patriarche agency (Lyon). Today, he works as a project manager on many hotel projects.

Born in Austria and raised in Tunisia, Linda has an innate aesthetic sensitivity that she has honed on her many travels. Trained as an interior designer, she has worked on private demand but also on the retail and hospitality sectors.
